The INK pt. 1

Whaddup world?

Wanted to tell you about another passion of mine: TATTOOOS! Do you have any? Planning to get any?

I did my first tattoo in my 20's and did big ass tribal wings/devils tail/ lions head on my back.. Kinda hardcore to go full back on your first one but well that's me... It was done with this old black ink, which has a bit blueish color. Also it was done way too deep, I mean, it is actually visible on some spots on my bones when x-rayed and has a lot of scar tissue! The first time I had it fixed was 2010  by Sergei Dutov from Zenza Tattoo.  He was in the beginning of his tattooartist career  but he did  an alright job.. By today he is doing AMAZING artwork!!

Later he did my full sleeve on left arm and half sleeve on right arm is still in progress.. Anyway.. yesterday my man J Mac Trendsetter was doing some line fixing work on my back (hahah some, more like 5 hours!) and I was thinking about how people always ask me the meaning behind the tattoos or if there is any.. I know you might find it annoying and sometimes I feel like that too, but  I just get this feeling that I should share some background stories with you, now keep in mind I'm writing this straight from my heart (to stay true and real) and I 'm not sure yet how deep into this I will dive.. so let's find out...

Video from yesterday feat. J Mac, my love. As you see I am good with channeling the pain, so I won't even feel it.

                                                                                                                  Me with my first tattoo
So my first..big ass tribal on my back.. The idea behind that design is good vs evil (angel wings & devils tail)  and also it looks like a lions head, leo is my sign or whatever. It was done some Hells Angels dude.. Simple. Second one is just doing some more work around.. One bit is funny though, the poppy got there because it was one the cover on my sofa in Tallinn and I was stoned as fuck :D Me and my friend Liisi were drinking wine and smoking while Sergei was tattooing my back.. HAHAHA :D Fun memories  :D

Here u can see that
poppy on the left side, also my first, the tribal after Sergei fixed it..This is taken 2011

Then some weird shit happened and from that shit situation I had to deal with, emerged the idea for my left arm full sleeve. The theme on my arm is Dia De Muertos - Day Of The Dead.
What is "dia de muertos" CLICK HERE
I also have a old school clock at  8 and word "survivor" below the clock.
It was designed by Sergei Dutov and the first part of it was done at Street Mirror tattoo Expo /Tallinn / Estonia, in September 2012.
I finished my sleeve in September a year later. This tattoo has raised the most questions. This tattooing process was a form of therapy for me... I mean it always is when getting inked but this was special... Ok, I will tell you a little bit about it...

I was living in Tallinn 2010-2013 and it was all OK until June 2012... hahahaha! I just realized, 2012 is the year when a lot of people had life changing moments! I guess this was mine..
Ok, back on topic! I broke up with my bf of that time in April and moved out. I had to think solutions fast and ended up sharing an apartment with one guy and his 3 year old. I can't go into details too much about who and why and what but I had my reasons to trust him. What happened here, is still quite overwhelming for me.. I can't understand it.. But I have accepted that it happened. On 9th of June 2012 I got stabbed and cut. Multiple times. He wanted to kill me for not falling in love with him.. I know, right.. WTF! But it is what it is.. You never know when or who will go all mental on you.. Luckily the hospital was near. Luckily there was someone to call the ambulance. One stab wound was 0.4cm from the hearts aorta, big ass kitchen knife in my back and straight into kidney. They had to  remove it so they had to cut in from my side. The surgeon did a really good job stitching me back up and saving my life!
When I woke up in the hospital, I was in ICU with tubes down my throat and arms strapped to the bed.. I'm not gonna get into detail.. It's still difficult for me.. Anyway.. After that I do feel really lucky to be alive and I am sure I have a guardian angel / spirit looking after me. So to cover the scars, to deal with pain through pain, I came up with the theme of this piece. Heart stopped at 8pm.. But I survived. 8 o'clock ... Survivor.. day of the dead... You get it ;)

This one was hard to write...
