My TOP 6 to raise vibrations...

Whaddup world?

Time to share again...I live in Helsinki , Finland and winter here is long, cold and super dark. People seem to get so depressed and all you see is grimaces everywhere. All is gray and dead. Right now the days are already getting longer, but sunshine and light is still much needed.
Every year I have to combat that sneaky mofo depression and I have found some working tricks to ease it a bit. So feel free to try them out and if you have some trick that really works for you then share it with us?


So here is 6 tricks to increase POSITIVE VIBRATIONS 

1.  Surround Yourself With Good People
Now this makes complete sense, doesn't it? Some people just love to complain and whine about everything and have a problem for every solution. Emotions vibrate energy and if we have negative people around us who never see anything good well, these emotions transfer.. So do your best to surround yourself with people who are positive, who are spiritually/ mentally on the same level as you, help you grow and inspire you. When you are surrounded by people who lift you up instead of bringing you down, you will see the good around you and that will raise your vibrations to

2. Change Your Thinking from negative To POSITIVE.
This is simple to understand but sometimes really difficult to do. Every time you notice yourself thinking negative thoughts change them to positive. Don't judge. Validate positive behaviour. I've been struggling with this a lot and still am. I just have to remind myself all the time not to dwell on things I can't change, not to worry too much about the future or past, not to overthink and overanalyze. But once you start practicing this you'll see really fast change in things. What we think becomes our reality. Do something you love everyday.. Drawing, sports, reading, movies, time with friends and family. And remember, you can't appreciate good times without bad. Take the bad times as life lessons :)

3.Eat, Sleep, (RAVE), Repeat
I can not overemphasize the importance of food and sleep. Have you ever felt annoyed or had a bad mood while tired and hungry? Organic healthy food is important as our body needs good quality fuel. Giving ourselves enough rest plays just as important part because our bodies heal themselves while sleeping. Raving has no importance in this section but for me it's one of the things that I enjoy doing, so there you  go :D . Taking care of your body with exercise will increase your wellbeing and makes the goodstuff flow.

4. Take Time Off & Meditate
Now a days everyone is so fkn busy all the time. Being so busy can cause stress in a long run. So remember to take time for yourself and have a look in your soul. Calm your mind, gather your thoughts and be mindful. Meditating is something I recommend to everyone who hasn't tried it yet. It takes practice but it's so worth it! Concentrate on your dreams and set goals if you don't have any. When you have clear goals then it's easier to find the path to make them real.



5.  Be Yourself - You Can't Do It Wrong!
